How It Works
By decoupling the intracellular signaling domains from the tumor-targeting component, Click-CAR allows the full CAR structure to be formed on demand — either ex vivo or in vivo — through the reaction between complementary protein fragments.

Full Control, Enhanced Safety
With its built-in on/off switch, Click-CAR provides precise control over CAR-based activity. The immune response can be turned on or off by administering or withdrawing the activating ligand, minimizing toxicity and the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS).

Smart Multi-Targeting
Click-CAR can independently display different tumor-targeting modules, increasing specificity and offering a powerful second line of defense against tumor escape and relapse.

Standardized and Ready-to-Use Manufacturing
